Terms of Service

Last updated July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickGPT, operated by QuickGPT, a subsidiary of UpPluck Social LLC ("QuickGPT", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QuickGPT provides a unified interface to third-party AI models for chat and image generation, with a credit-based pricing model. Available models, features, and prices may change over time.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use QuickGPT.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Minors and Kids Mode

QuickGPT is a general-purpose AI tool designed for adults and older teens. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at hello@quickgpt.com and we will delete the account and associated data.

Kids Mode is an optional parental-assist feature, not a child-safe certification. When a parent, legal guardian, or account holder enables Kids Mode on their own account, QuickGPT applies layered content filters (a restricted app catalog, a limited set of AI models, a safety system prompt, and a keyword blocklist) intended to reduce the likelihood that a minor using that account will encounter age-inappropriate material. By enabling Kids Mode and/or allowing a minor to use your account, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or you have the legal authority and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and you are solely responsible for supervising the minor's use of QuickGPT.
  • The account remains your account. All activity, credits, purchases, content submitted, and outputs generated through it are attributed to and the responsibility of the account holder — not the minor.
  • Kids Mode is a best-effort filter, not a guarantee. AI models are probabilistic and third-party. Filters can fail, be circumvented, or produce inaccurate, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate output despite our controls. QuickGPT does not warrant that content delivered while Kids Mode is on will be free of adult, harmful, inaccurate, or objectionable material, and does not replace active adult supervision.
  • You are responsible for setting, protecting, and rotating the Parent PIN. Anyone who obtains the PIN can disable Kids Mode. QuickGPT is not responsible for content accessed or actions taken if the PIN is shared, guessed, or compromised.
  • QuickGPT does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, educational, or crisis services. Nothing generated in Kids Mode (or any other mode) should be relied on as advice for a minor. If a minor is in distress or danger, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services immediately.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickGPT, UpPluck Social LLC, our affiliates, and our third-party AI providers from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (a) a minor's access to or use of QuickGPT through your account, (b) your decision to enable Kids Mode or to permit a minor to use the service, (c) any content the minor submits or receives, and (d) any failure or circumvention of the Kids Mode filters.

Enabling Kids Mode does not change our data-processing practices: prompts and outputs are still transmitted to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not have a minor submit personal information (real name, address, school, phone, photos, location, health details) through the service.

4. Credits and billing

  • QuickGPT uses credits to meter usage. Each model has a per-call credit cost displayed in the app.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Organization administrators are responsible for charges incurred by their members.
  • We may change credit pricing with notice; changes apply to future purchases only.

4a. Platform maintenance fee

To cover ongoing platform costs (hosting, storage, backups, security, account upkeep, and the engineering work needed to keep third-party AI models integrated), QuickGPT charges a flat platform maintenance fee of 5 credits per day against your credit balance.

  • 30-day grace period. New accounts are not charged the daily maintenance fee for the first 30 days after signup, so you can try the platform without spending anything on upkeep. Existing accounts at the launch of this fee will receive a fresh 30-day grace period starting on the launch date.
  • How it's charged. The fee is deducted once per day from your credit wallet and appears in your transaction history and in the "Platform maintenance" card on your Wallet page. You can see the next scheduled deduction, the total charged this month, and the lifetime total there at any time.
  • Insufficient balance. If your balance is below 5 credits on a given day, no deduction is taken and your account is not suspended. On your next login you will be prompted to top up before continuing to use the paid features of the platform.
  • Non-refundable. Platform maintenance fees, like all purchased credits, are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Exemptions. Admin and Kids Mode accounts are exempt from the daily maintenance fee.
  • Changes. We may change the daily maintenance amount from time to time and will provide at least 30 days' notice in-app or by email before any increase takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use QuickGPT to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Generate content that is sexually explicit involving minors, that promotes violence, or that constitutes harassment, hate speech, or unlawful threats.
  • Attempt to extract model weights, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
  • Scrape, resell, or otherwise abuse the service or attempt to circumvent credit limits.
  • Generate disinformation or impersonate others in a deceptive manner.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the policies of the underlying AI providers.

6. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to the underlying model providers' terms, of the outputs generated for you. You are responsible for how you use those outputs and for verifying their accuracy. AI outputs may be incorrect, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose; do not rely on them as professional advice.

You grant QuickGPT a limited license to process your content as necessary to operate the service, including sending prompts to the selected AI provider.

7. Third-party services

QuickGPT relies on third-party AI providers, hosting, and payment processors. Your use of those underlying services is governed by their own terms in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party providers.

7a. App-specific terms and disclaimers

QuickGPT offers a growing catalog of task-specific AI apps (image tools, writing and marketing tools, productivity utilities, PDF tools, legal helpers, credit-repair helpers, business-card and QR tools, lifestyle and wellness planners, kids apps, website and widget builders, and more). The following category-specific terms apply in addition to the general Terms above whenever you use an app in that category. If any conflict exists, the more restrictive provision controls.

(i) Legal apps — AI Paralegal, Contract Reviewer, Client Intake, Legal Meeting Memo, Policy Generator

Not legal advice; no attorney–client relationship. The legal apps are informational drafting and summarization tools. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create an attorney–client relationship, and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adapting any output before relying on or filing it. Do not submit privileged, confidential, or client information without appropriate authorization and safeguards.

(ii) Credit-repair apps — Credit Repair, Credit Dispute Letter, Debt Validation Letter, Goodwill Letter

Not a credit repair organization; not credit or financial advice. QuickGPT is a self-help drafting tool. QuickGPT is not a "credit repair organization" as defined by the U.S. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) or comparable state laws, does not act on your behalf with any credit bureau, furnisher, or creditor, and does not guarantee any change to your credit report, credit score, or the removal of any item. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for reviewing any letter before sending, and for compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and applicable state laws. You must not use these apps to submit knowingly false disputes.

(iii) Tax, financial, and business planning apps — Tax Deductions, Sales Proposal, Pitch Deck Reviewer

Outputs are informational only and are not tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional (CPA, tax attorney, licensed advisor) before making decisions based on any output.

(iv) Health, wellness, and lifestyle apps — Meal Plan, Workout Planner, Trip Planner

Outputs are informational only and are not medical, nutritional, mental-health, fitness, or travel-safety advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new diet, exercise program, or medication regimen, and verify travel information (visas, safety, health requirements) with official sources before you travel.

(v) Kids apps — Kids Story, Homework, Explainer, Coloring, Creature, Comic, Spelling, Math, Poem, Language, Dream, What If

The kids apps are designed to be used by an adult account holder with a minor and are subject to the Kids Mode terms in Section 3. Homework and educational outputs are learning aids only, may be inaccurate, and should not be submitted as a child's own work in violation of a school's academic integrity policies.

(vi) Image and design apps — Image Generator, Background Remover, Upscaler, Headshot, Logo, Photo Restoration, Sticker Maker

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload any image or reference you submit, including any depicted person's consent where required by law (right of publicity, biometric privacy laws such as Illinois BIPA, and similar statutes). You will not use these tools to create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, deceptive deepfakes of real people, or content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, or personality rights. AI-generated images may not be copyrightable in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for your intended use.

(vii) Writing and marketing apps — Email Rewriter, Social Post, Blog Writer, Resume Booster, Cold Email, Product Description, Ad Copy, Translator Pro

You are solely responsible for compliance with anti-spam and marketing laws (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's CASL, the UK/EU ePrivacy rules, and TCPA for SMS), platform policies, disclosure rules for endorsements and AI-generated content (including FTC guidance), and any professional or licensing rules that apply to you. Translations are best-effort and may contain errors; do not rely on them for legal, medical, or safety-critical communications without human review.

(viii) PDF and file tools — Merge, Split, Compress, Organize, PDF-to-JPG, JPG-to-PDF, Video Summarizer, Meeting Notes, Summarizer, Import History

Files you upload are processed to perform the requested task. You represent that you have the right to upload and process each file. Do not upload material containing regulated data (PHI, payment card numbers, government IDs, export-controlled data) unless you have confirmed with us in writing that such use is supported. For meeting notes and video/audio summarization, you are responsible for obtaining any consents required by applicable recording, wiretap, and two-party-consent laws before recording or uploading a conversation.

(ix) Business cards, QR codes, short links, and public profiles

Information you publish on a public card, QR code, or short-link destination is visible to anyone with the URL. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for not publishing another person's personal information without their consent. We may disable a public asset that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the rights of others.

(x) Private Note

Private Notes are encrypted client-side using a key that we do not store. If you lose the decryption link or password, the note cannot be recovered. Do not use Private Note for records you are legally required to retain in an accessible form.

(xi) QuickSite and Widget Builder (Build & Publish)

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the website and widget builders, including compliance with applicable disclosure, accessibility, consumer-protection, privacy (e.g., posting your own privacy policy and cookie notice where required), and intellectual-property laws. You will not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that harvests personal information without a lawful basis. We may take down published assets that violate these Terms.

(xii) Voice, chat, and assistant features

Voice input is transcribed and processed by third-party AI providers. Do not submit sensitive voice content you would not send in text. Assistants and chat are not emergency, medical, mental-health, or crisis services; if you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

(xiii) Affiliate, referral, and merchant features

Referral and affiliate payouts, merchant rates, and reseller access are provided at our discretion and are subject to program rules published in-app, applicable tax reporting requirements (including IRS Form 1099 in the U.S. where applicable), and anti-fraud checks. We may withhold, adjust, or revoke payouts for fraudulent, abusive, or self-referred activity.

8. Disclaimers

QuickGPT is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or appropriate for any specific use. Kids Mode is provided on the same "as is" basis and is not warranted to block all inappropriate content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickGPT and UpPluck Social LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service, including any use by a minor and any failure of Kids Mode filters. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickGPT, UpPluck Social LLC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, any use of your account by a minor (whether or not Kids Mode was enabled), or your violation of these Terms.

11. AppSumo Founder Program

The AppSumo Founder PIN grants a lifetime Founder membership benefit on the redeeming QuickGPT account. Founder membership is non-transferable and tied permanently to the account that redeemed the code.

  • Monthly Founder Credits. Founder members receive 50 Founder Credits each calendar month for as long as the account exists.
  • No rollover. Founder Credits are refreshed at the start of each month and do not accumulate or carry over from one month to the next. Any unused Founder Credits are discarded when the new monthly allocation is applied.
  • Separate from other credits. Founder Credits are maintained as a separate balance from your signup bonus credits and any purchased (top-up) credits. Signup and purchased credits continue to follow the standard platform policies, including the automatic daily maintenance-fee deduction. Founder Credits are consumed first when you use paid features, but are not subject to the daily maintenance-fee deduction.
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash. Founder Credits and Founder status may not be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another account, and are subject to the platform's acceptable use policies.
  • Program changes. QuickGPT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Founder program only to address fraud, abuse, security issues, legal requirements, or significant operational needs, and will make reasonable efforts to honor benefits already promised to legitimate Founder members whenever reasonably possible.

12. Termination

You may stop using QuickGPT at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you is no longer commercially reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
