Privacy Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026

QuickGPT ("QuickGPT", "we", "us") is a subsidiary of UpPluck Social LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use QuickGPT, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using QuickGPT you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
  • Content you submit — prompts, messages, files, and images you send to AI models through QuickGPT.
  • Usage data — model selection, credit spend, timestamps, and basic device/browser metadata used for security and product analytics.
  • Billing information — when you purchase credits, payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive transaction metadata, not full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide and operate the QuickGPT service (routing prompts to AI providers, returning responses, tracking credit balances).
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
  • Bill for purchases and maintain transaction records.
  • Improve the product, debug issues, and produce aggregate analytics.
  • Communicate service-related notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your chat content to train our own foundation models.

3. AI model providers and subprocessors

QuickGPT relies on the following categories of third-party providers ("subprocessors"):

  • Hosting, authentication, and database — Lovable Cloud.
  • AI model providers — including Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, which process the prompts you send when you select their models. Their use of submitted content is governed by their own terms.
  • Payments — our PCI-compliant payment processor handles card data.
  • Email delivery — used for transactional messages such as sign-in links and receipts.

3a. App-specific data handling

Different QuickGPT apps process different kinds of input. In addition to Section 3, the following category-specific notes apply:

  • Image apps (Image Generator, Background Remover, Upscaler, Headshot, Logo, Photo Restoration, Sticker Maker): images you upload are sent to the selected AI provider to produce a result. We do not use uploaded images to train our own models. Do not upload images of others without the consents required by applicable biometric and right-of-publicity laws.
  • PDF and file tools (Merge, Split, Compress, Organize, PDF-to-JPG, JPG-to-PDF, Video Summarizer, Meeting Notes, Summarizer, Import History): files are processed to perform the requested task and retained with your account so you can access the result. Delete files you no longer need. Do not upload PHI, payment card numbers, or other regulated data.
  • Legal, credit-repair, tax, and financial helpers: content you submit (matter descriptions, dispute facts, financial figures) is transmitted to the selected AI provider to draft output. Avoid submitting third-party personal information you are not authorized to share.
  • Health, wellness, and kids apps: avoid submitting real medical records, precise location, school details, or other sensitive information about a minor. See Section 6 for Kids Mode specifics.
  • Business cards, QR codes, short links, public profiles, published websites and widgets: information you choose to publish is intentionally public and can be viewed and indexed by anyone who obtains the URL. Do not publish another person's personal information without consent.
  • Private Note: notes are encrypted client-side with a key we do not store; we cannot recover a lost note.
  • Voice and chat: audio you record or upload is transcribed by a third-party speech-to-text provider. Do not submit sensitive audio you would not send in text.
  • Referral, affiliate, and merchant features: we process transaction and payout data as needed to operate these programs and to meet tax-reporting obligations (e.g., IRS Form 1099 in the U.S. where applicable).

4. Data retention

We retain account, conversation, image, and transaction data for as long as your account is active so the service works as expected (e.g., your chat history is available across sessions). When you request deletion, we remove personal account data and associated content from our active systems within 30 days. Backups and legally required transaction records may persist for a limited additional period.

5. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Delete individual conversations or images at any time from the app.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@quickgpt.com.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of non-essential email communications.

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) have additional rights under applicable consumer privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.

6. Children and Kids Mode

QuickGPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or submitted personal information through QuickGPT, contact us at hello@quickgpt.com and we will delete the account and associated data.

Kids Mode is an optional parental-assist feature that an account holder (parent or legal guardian) can enable on their own adult account to reduce the likelihood that a minor using that account encounters age-inappropriate material. Kids Mode does not create a separate child account and does not change how we collect or process data:

  • The account remains the adult account holder's. Prompts, outputs, chat history, credits, and billing records are attributed to the account holder — not the minor.
  • Prompts submitted while Kids Mode is on are still transmitted to third-party AI providers (see Section 3) exactly as they are in normal mode, subject to a safety system prompt and keyword filter. Those providers' privacy terms apply.
  • The Parent PIN is stored as a salted hash, never in plain text. We use it only to gate turning Kids Mode off.
  • We do not build advertising profiles of minors and we do not use content submitted in Kids Mode to train our own foundation models.
  • Parents and guardians should not have minors submit personal information (real name, address, school, phone number, photos, precise location, or health information) into the service. The account holder is responsible for supervising the minor's use.

Kids Mode is a best-effort filter, not a certification of child safety. See our Terms of Service for the full legal terms that govern minor use and Kids Mode.

7. International users

QuickGPT is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. and in the countries where our subprocessors operate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
