Privacy Policy

Last updated June 22, 2026

QuickGPT ("QuickGPT", "we", "us") is a subsidiary of UpPluck Social LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use QuickGPT, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using QuickGPT you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
  • Content you submit — prompts, messages, files, and images you send to AI models through QuickGPT.
  • Usage data — model selection, token spend, timestamps, and basic device/browser metadata used for security and product analytics.
  • Billing information — when you purchase tokens, payment is processed by our payment provider; we receive transaction metadata, not full card numbers.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide and operate the QuickGPT service (routing prompts to AI providers, returning responses, tracking token balances).
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
  • Bill for purchases and maintain transaction records.
  • Improve the product, debug issues, and produce aggregate analytics.
  • Communicate service-related notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your chat content to train our own foundation models.

3. AI model providers and subprocessors

QuickGPT relies on the following categories of third-party providers ("subprocessors"):

  • Hosting, authentication, and database — Lovable Cloud.
  • AI model providers — including Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, which process the prompts you send when you select their models. Their use of submitted content is governed by their own terms.
  • Payments — our PCI-compliant payment processor handles card data.
  • Email delivery — used for transactional messages such as sign-in links and receipts.

4. Data retention

We retain account, conversation, image, and transaction data for as long as your account is active so the service works as expected (e.g., your chat history is available across sessions). When you request deletion, we remove personal account data and associated content from our active systems within 30 days. Backups and legally required transaction records may persist for a limited additional period.

5. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Delete individual conversations or images at any time from the app.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@quickgpt.com.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of non-essential email communications.

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California) have additional rights under applicable consumer privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.

6. Children

QuickGPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. International users

QuickGPT is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. and in the countries where our subprocessors operate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
